  • Each team will articulate a team "why". 
  • All individuals will help surface the collaboration's values and unique "personality."
  • All collaboration members will develop a shared understanding of the collaboration problem statement, success statement and correlated student learning claims. 
  • Each team will: 
    • hypothesize an initial "focal claim" area, 
    • prioritize highest leverage Learning Practices to lead to success statement, and 
    • clarify the key components of its current adult learning system (the people).
