What are Virtual Learning Opportunities?
The purpose of the Virtual Learning Series is to offer Math in Common district educators an opportunity to learn about an emerging promising practice from a peer district. These sessions showcase the particular practice and provide insight into the process of implementation, including challenges and strengths. Participants will walk away with concrete next steps on how to implement this strategy within the context of their own district.
These virtual learning experiences are 45 minute online webinars, that include observing a video, Q & A time with a district expert, and a chat session with colleagues from other MiC districts to discuss the highlighted practice and implications for their own work.
