         Vision Objective

By June 2018, all teachers, ELIRTs, and site leaders will understand the rationale and the “why” of the vision and base their daily instruction on students’ learning rigorous content knowledge

         Content Objective

By June 2018, all teachers will be able to prepare students to engage in and understand the importance of active listening, paraphrasing, questioning, and building on ideas

         Process Objective

By June 2018, all teachers will have participated in professional development on collaborative days, teacher leaders support and minimum days, to build capacity of teachers to make classroom shifts and support new teachers with curriculum
