What kinds of feedback set up your most under-served students for success?
We will support your team to reflect on how to incentivize adults to give productive feedback to students in an equitable way. Recognizing that individualized feedback to each student must be limited, we will provide strategies for identifying patterns in student thinking, and for giving feedback to the class based on those patterns. We will also discuss strategies for giving individualized in-the-moment feedback to elevate students during whole class discussions. Participants will build on the set of strategies and ‘Look-fors’ from the November Opt-in.
